Couple Photoshootings

Sharing your love story with others is a wonderful thing that brings joy to everyone. Showing how silly you both are together or how happy you make each other. Sharing these happy moments with others is a way to share happiness and love.

What happens before the session?

Before any couple shooting, its important to clarify the expectations. For this reason, we will have a small conversation about what your goal is with this session.

To prepare for it, we will create a mood board, consisting of inspirational pictures taken from the internet to illustrate the style and poses you wish to use during the photo session.

What happens during a photo session?

We arrange to meet at a specific place in the city, at your workplace or at your home. We then have a small conversation about the expectations of the session.

To prepare for the photoshoot, I will teach you how to pose for a portrait. During the shoot, I take as many pictures as I need to capture the perfect moment. Sometimes it’s 100, sometimes 300.

What happens to my pictures after?

I download all of the pictures to my computer and upload them all to the cloud. I then send you a link so that you can choose your favorites.

After you told me which ones you like, I edit them using professional software and standard portrait editing techniques: cropping, color correction, color grading, vignetting, skin healing, skin redness reduction, eye-enhancing, etc.

What do I get in return?

You get in return 20x edited digital pictures in two different sizes:

  • Print Quality: highest quality images used for printing or viewing on a compututer (about 20MB).
  • Web Quality: a compressed file which still looks great used for sharing in social media and the internet (about 400kB).

I will keep the pictures for up to 30 days in case you lose your copies and need me to send them to you again.

My Edditing Philosophy

I believe that every person is beautiful and it’s my job to highlight their best features. During my edits, I aim to shape the picture so that it looks like you just had a really good hair and skin day. I don’t believe in “photoshop me to lose some kilos”. I believe in making your natural beauty pop out.

To achieve this, my edits usually include, recentering, color corrections, color grading, eye-enhancing, skin healing, custom vignetting amongst other techniques.
